Its a common idea that a high protein diet will help us grow healthy but do you know overeating proteins can be injurious to health.
So your buddy tells you he’s starving and has a case of hunger breath. After your workout, you guys head to lunch. He orders a cheeseburger deluxe platter, no bun, extra cheese, no fries. He explains the carbs are totally bad for him and that he’s on a high-protein diet. Whether it’s the Atkins Diet, Zone Diet, The South Beach Diet, Meat-Mania, Proteinopia or whatever fancy name they call that high-protein diet he’s on, it’s doing more harm than good.

The simplest route: Cut 250 calories out of your daily menu - equivalent to a medium size muffin - and burn 250 calories more a day through exercise.

Poor diet bad for memory

Where good diet is related to strength and improved memory poor diet may leat to loss of memory here is what studies found lately. A new study in mice has linked memory loss to a diet high in saturated fat and cholesterol.
Researchers from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) and Arizona State University found that rodents that were fed a diet high in cholesterol and saturated fat displayed impairment in working memory. 
This memory loss is linked to inflammation in the brain, as well as the impairment of structural proteins that affect how a nerve cell functions. 
As inflammation is linked to a poor diet, the failure of functions in other key organs such as the eye and the ear also could be expected.
